  Absolutely lovely experience. I was in town and emailed them a few days before and the staff responded to my email and called me to follow up. Very fast and very professional service. They sent me instructions via email on where and how to park (Nadine really went above and beyond). They met us in the lobby and brought us up. For the appointment we met with Terren. He was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I highly recommend meeting him. His passion for the brand is contagious, and you can tell he is truly invested in the maison, for the level of detail he has when explaining the decor and artwork is inspiring.

  I recently visited the Audemars Piguet Sunset Boulevard boutique, and from the moment you step into this magnificent space, you are treated like absolute royalty. Even though I came in simply to replace a watch band, I was immediately offered champagne or anything I wished from their beautiful full bar—such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Rap—not only blessed with a great name but an even greater presence—was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. Jennifer was equally wonderful, taking the time to show me some truly stunning timepieces and sharing her expertise with such warmth and grace. Every single person I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and gracious. The penthouse setting itself is breathtaking, with an incredible view that perfectly matches the elevated experience inside. I also learned so much about these extraordinary timepieces—watches designed not just to be worn, but to be cherished and passed down for generations. If you are even considering an AP, I cannot recommend this Sunset Boulevard penthouse location highly enough. It’s not just shopping—it’s an experience.

  The team at Audemars Piguet House Los Angeles made my visit unforgettable. Nadine greeted me with such warmth the moment I arrived, and Jen went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Arnaud also stopped by to say hello, which made the experience feel very personal. What impressed me most was how sincere and down-to-earth everyone was. They treated me with the same care and attention you’d expect from a world-class brand, yet it all felt genuine and human. It was an experience I’ll always appreciate.

  Today's experience was so satisfying that I couldn't leave a review without it. The environment and the attitude of the entire AP team were impeccable, confirming that I made the right choice in choosing the AP brand! I want to especially thank my longtime friend Ebony! I was deeply impressed by her professionalism and passion for AP back in 2023. Today, I finally first AP watch. It was her opportunity that brought me here! I also learned more about the brand's history and watch-related expertise. This watch-buying experience was truly enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to visiting again.
