  Managers are rude, poor store management, clothes are mostly made of polyester and made in China--not worth the price!

  I would give zero stars if I could. During Black Friday I ordered two 1/4 Zip Pullovers. My partner usually wears a large, but it turned out to be too big. I went into this store and requested for a size exchange. The female employee said they were currently out of stock in-store and they could ship me the correct sizes. A month goes by and I do not receive my items. When I went into the store I am told by a male manager that their employee made a mistake by not inputting the shipping address; thus, the items were NEVER shipped. In addition the employee ordered for Female and not Male. I don’t know how this mistake was made, as the item I originally bought was for male and we were just doing an exchange. Unfortunately, the colors I wanted were limited edition (Winter Frost & Navy) and they were completely sold out online. I told the manager that it shows there are two in stock online and he said “warehouse have discrepancies.” Then he proceeds to say the best he can do is give me a refund. I told him is there any way I can get another color as I got these during the Black Friday sale. I didn’t want to pay full price for the item if I were to buy it again. The male manager said “unfortunately we have none in store, we can give you a refund.” I get that mistakes happen, especially during busy holiday seasons, but there were clearly stocks available online. I was even able to add it to cart. The black and grey wasn’t even in low stock, so him lying straight to my face and saying “none was available” was insane. The attitude of ‘sorry we can’t help you cuz it’s 8:40 and I’m clocking out at 9:00, so let’s just give you a refund and get this over with’ attitude was awful.

  Employee and manager are so rude!! avoid this location and store. Also the quality is not very good sadly. for paying $160+ i would expect my items to not already be pilling after 2 months.
