I waited about 5-10 minutes, which was because he was making it all FRESH TO ORDER. You can't ask for anything better. I brought my kids on this errand and he was so nice with the kids it was just a lovely and surprising experience on a boring errand. If you are thinking about ordering, just do it! This family owned location will help!

I made the mistake of thinking this was a dependable service and I was proved wrong. I paid an extra $16 for same-day delivery, my mother was at home all day excitingly waiting for her special gift. I checked the tracking progress throughout the day - no changes. It wasn't until EIGHT PM that I checked the tracking progress and saw that it had been marked as canceled. Did I receive a call telling me the order was "canceled" for whatever reason? A text or an email? Anything about rescheduling? No, I received none of those things! Neither did my mother. The store literally waited until the last minute to mark my order as canceled! If you had too many orders and couldn't fulfill mine, you should have let me known beforehand instead of allowing me to think my mother would be receiving her gift. I wanted to make my mother feel special even though I had to work today. I could have done something else for my mom if I was made aware that they would not be able to fulfill their end. Very unprofessional.
