We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door- very polite and attentive until a different sales associate asked us if we were doing okay and never stopped following us around. My friend immediately noticed them staring from upstairs while we were downstairs.. I shook the feeling off going upstairs to look at more items until I arrived the shoelace area. I found myself looking at some cute rainbow laces that I considered buying. I almost bought until I turned around and noticed the same sale associate behind me watching my every move. It was uncomfortable and uncalled for as I realized the rest of the patrons were not subjected to the same treatment. I immediately put the laces back in the shelf and left the store. I gave them 2 stars for being hospitable the moment we walked through the door but they should really do better. I hope they can improve!

Xavier brought me out two different sizes to try on since it was my first pair and I was able to make my choice and I got a few addons like insoles to help as well!
