  Christian at the store is literally is so racist they refused to take my purchase back when clearly the design of the shoe is dirty. If you’re gonna be treated with so much disrespect n treated so classlessly what’s the point in spending so much money with the company. I purchased the shoes Thursday 3/11 n attempted to return them the very next day 3/12 they accused me of wearing the shoe but when n where did I have any time to wear them? The design of the shoe is very similar to golden goose in the sense that they are made too look worn so accusing some of wearing them is honestly OSERD I WILL be calling corporate I will be requesting that he be reprimanded for how he treated me. They claim it had had a dirt spot when it was a piece of lent from my couch lol. I have never been treated so poorly by a brand after spending so much money in my life it’s truly disappointing, and Christian literally thought the was he treated me was funny. Please don’t shop here save your money and shop with people that care.

  Came to purchase a handbag that was on hold for me at 7:55 pm and the manager already closed the registers and the store and wouldn’t let me in to quickly buy a bag. Store is supposed to close at 8 pm but the door was locked at 7:55. Ridiculous

  I stopped by Balenciaga today and finally realized what kind of galaxy-brain business model they’re running. It’s honestly incredible. You walk in, and every item looks like it was rescued from the lost-and-found box of a high school gym… yet somehow it costs more than my monthly rent. Absolute wizardry. They’ve mastered the art of taking a perfectly normal T-shirt, stretching it a bit, rolling it in dust, adding a dramatic price tag, and calling it ‘luxury street fashion.’ And people actually buy it. No wonder the employees look so calm — I would be too if I sold a $1,200 hoodie that looks like it survived a house fire. Balenciaga isn’t a store. It’s a social experiment… and we’re the volunteers.

  The sales people and management are clearly not on the same page. One salesperson tells me my bag will be exchanged for a new one because I had to repair twice in less than 2 months and then the manager says that’s not the case. Ok fine let me not cause a scene even though I have the text messages proving that’s what I was told - manager then tells me he’ll have bag repaired and cleaned due to miscommunication again I come and what I was told doesn’t match the service provided. Tells me I can wait another two weeks for cleaning when I’ve already waited 1 month for it to be repaired and was under the impression he was sending it to be cleaned as well. Anything you request here make sure they give you a copy of what is expected on paper because otherwise its a huge game of he say she say.

  Love their shoes, just wish more of them would fit my somewhat wide feet. It's probably a good thing considering the price.
