  Spent $550 here and provided both my phone number and email, yet my purchase was never attached to my account. That alone is frustrating, especially since I shouldn’t have to rely on a paper receipt for a transaction of that size — this is a basic, expected system in retail. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The people skills were genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced in any store. Between the lack of attention to detail and the overall attitude, it felt disorganized and dismissive. This may seem like a small issue, but it reflects larger operational shortcomings. I’m sharing this because it matters — customers shouldn’t have to chase down something that should be handled correctly the first time. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Alo

  They inspect the yoga pants before accepting the return like they are looking small tiny thing to deny. Cheap service for the brand they are trying to represent. Paying $130 for pants then getting different size, the only thing the lady was missing was microscope to go in more detail and find something

  My favorite Alo location.. Friendly staff and employees are always willing to help out to find merchandise that you need!
