I have spent thousands of dollars on Bony Levy gold jewelry and they sold me a fraudulent piece then refused to accept the return or even offer store credit to make it right. I understand it was outside of the typical return window, but I was out of town when I noticed & FL store said I had to take it to original store of purchase. If it didn't match the photo the cashier should have flagged it then, not be up to the customer to Google in hindsight

The fitting room attendant was pleasant, helpful and busy. Check out was busy as usual. The cashiers friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
