  Worst Customer Service!! I placed an order to be delivered same day, with instructions to deliver before 4pm, manager agreed and even stated that she would refund my $ if not delivered. Called back to check on order and Doordash had not and did not deliver! I called at 4pm to talk to manager and it went to voicemail. I called back, next day, April 15 and was told manager arrived at 10 am, called at 10am and was told 11am, called at 11am and was told Friday, April 16. Why can't they call Doordash and prove who it was delivered too?!? They don't CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! YOU RUINED THE CELEBRATION SURPRISE AND KEPT MY $.

  Horrible, ordered the roses and Happy birthday cheesecake. They called and said they didn't have the bouquet. But that they had a colorful bouquet. The one I ordered is mostly roses and the one they made had 3 roses and a ton of greenery. They should of made a bouquet the same price I paid for my original one. Never ordering here again. What I ordered and what I got, this was for my mom's birthday.

  Very much pleased with everything that arrived. Didn't get some things but the fruit platter and the stuff that he loved arrived. I'm so sorry for jumping to conclusions and I wish you guys nothing but greatness. All my love Lisita T

  Great service. The lady who delivered patiently and kindly waited for someone to receive the gift. Fruits were fresh and delicious. They paid attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and use again.
