  I purchased a suitcase from the Samsonite outlet in San Francisco on January 12th, but the lock broke on the very first use. I returned to the store on February 20th, still within their 90-day return window, to request a refund. However, the employee refused, insisting that because I had used it, it couldn’t be returned. The employee completely dismissed the fact that this was a serious quality issue. The lock wasn’t broken due to use; it was defective from the start, which I realized only during my trip. The employee never took responsibility, nor did they offer any meaningful help; in fact, their attitude was extremely dismissive, as if they were doing me a favor by even suggesting a repair. This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to prioritize quality. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Samsonite—at least this location—because their customer service and accountability are completely lacking.

  I came here a few days ago, I felt very unwelcomed. An Asian lady with short hair was very rude and was giving me the absolute most in attitude. The products are pretty decent quality regardless.

  The staff are very professional and very helpful. I was looking for a carry-on and they spent more than ten minutes introducing six or seven different types in the store. I am very happy about this shopping experience.

  Korean gentleman is very knowledgeable and helped me get a great deal on a large hardcover suitcase Went back to get a carry on bag and was advised on certain suitcases that would fit my criteria I was advised incorrect information and the suitcases I was shown were all too large by a few inches. Would have been nice if the staff member could have been honest and said he did not know which suitcases to recommend to me
