- RBRurik BestMar 14, 20265.0I’m not sure what some of the other reviews are referring to, but my experience at this location was beyond what I expected. I live on Yerba Buena Island, so this store is about 30 miles away for me, and the reason I will continue to make the trip is Lilly, who I believe is the assistant manager. She is outstanding at what she does, and offers exceptional service!

The female cashier was so bitter and disrespectful that I actually felt bad for her. I’m sending her my best wishes and hope her situation gets better, because nobody with a happy life would behave that way toward a customer. Definitely won't be returning

- MMMayJan 17, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff member I interacted with had an extremely aggressive and disrespectful attitude. There was no reason to speak to a customer with visible anger or to project personal emotions onto someone who did nothing wrong. No one walks into a store to be treated like an emotional punching bag. This level of hostility is shocking and completely unprofessional. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.
