  "I've shopped here for years, but yesterday’s visit really left a sour taste. I was treated quite rudely for simply looking at a shirt on display—apparently, the staff's prep for a photoshoot was more important than the shoppers in the store. There was no genuine effort to help me find the item elsewhere, and I had to go out of my way to get assistance at the front. It's a great brand, but the service at this location needs to catch up to the quality of the clothes."

  Polo Ralph Lauren outlets offer amazing value, but the staff is the real highlight. Crystal provided world-class service during my last visit. Even with a packed store, she was patient, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by for both the deals and the great energy!
