- DCDenisse CanoJun 15, 20241.0THIS STORE SOLD REPAIRED RETURNS FROM SUNGLASS HUT !!! I gave one star because I needed to place the review, if I could I would give zero stars. All went bad when we came back to the store not even 30 minutes later with a pair of broken glasses. The people at the store told us that they couldn’t give us a new pair of sunglasses because the manager was not present in the store when we said to just give us our money back they also said no because they needed to enter a password for any refund and the password only the manager knew. He also said that it was the impossible that they were already broken when they gave it to us because he gave us a “new pair” because they said we asked for a new pair eventhough we did not ask for a new pair he just gave us a new pair because he said that the display ones are tried on by anyone who is interested. He also said they gave us the glasses already open when we checked them for anything bad so if we found it broken we would’ve said something. The display glasses were perfectly new and clean but when he gave us the “ new pair” it was easy to tell it was repaired because the screw that keeps the little legs together was a little plastic peg and when they tried to repair it then they used the screws. DONT BUY HERE EVER.
