- VYView YanJan 18, 20261.0Between the rigid, unfriendly return policy and the hostile service, this was a miserable experience. The female cashier was so bitter and disrespectful that I actually felt bad for her. I’m sending her my best wishes and hope her situation gets better, because nobody with a happy life would behave that way toward a customer. Definitely won't be returning

- MMMayJan 17, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff member I interacted with had an extremely aggressive and disrespectful attitude. There was no reason to speak to a customer with visible anger or to project personal emotions onto someone who did nothing wrong. No one walks into a store to be treated like an emotional punching bag. This level of hostility is shocking and completely unprofessional. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.
