  DONT SHOP HERE IF YOURE BLACK! My mom and I went to exchange a bag because they gave us the wrong color, navy blue instead of black. We walked in the store, barely got greeted before one of the workers, an asian woman and had some brown highlights (didn’t get her name) rushes over to us. She sees my marc jacobs bag and immediately asks for the receipt. She snatches it out of my hand then proceeds to reach into my personal space for the item i wanted to exchange. My mom and I are trying to explain to her that we wanted to look around first, and that we weren’t doing a return just possibly an exchange since I was given the wrong color bag. She insists that I need to do a full refund for store credit and that she’ll hold the items that I bought in the front. She had horrible customer service but maybe it’s because we are black. I’ve never been treated like this while shopping and it was blatant racism and profiling as soon as we walked through the door. She did not treat any other customers like that or rush them. She didn’t snatch anything out of anybody else hand but ours. Very disgusting behavior and she is a racist!!

  I walked into the store and was met with an extremely pushy salesperson from the very beginning. I've been here before and had the same experience, and unfortunately it was the same woman again. I also noticed other customers seemed uncomfortable, and even the other salesperson looked helpless because they couldn't assist anyone while this woman was aggressively approaching every customer. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will not be coming back and really hope management addresses this issue.

  Very bad Receptionist especially store manager, she is so rude, so far this is the worst experience in Livermore outlets, highly underrated customer service.

  Yesterday I came to Marc Jacob's waiting in line and they let the people cut off line go frist, I ask the guy why he doesn't answer and he told me if I don't want to wait go but never answer to me why,I think this store should be close don't open again because they don't care about customer

  Very bad customer service and manger was very rude I went to exchange the product they did not have any good hand bags that are on official website and manager literally snatched the bag that I want to return and told she will hold it at the counter and I ended up paying extra money to buy a bag that I didn’t like much since they don’t have return policy. My 220$ money has wasted for the bag that I didn’t not like. Very very unprofessional and rude manger. I don't recommend this store please buy online. This store needs to change whole team or close the store. Other costumers are also treated very bad.
