I found a pair of pants I wanted to try on, but I was told that the fitting room was closed due to “not enough staff.” This was shocking, considering that there were no other customers in the store — only myself and my partner — while two or three sales associates were present. Refusing to open a fitting room in an empty store cannot be justified and reflects a complete lack of basic customer service. Pants cannot realistically be purchased without trying them on, especially for a brand positioned at a premium level. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standards one would expect from Lacoste. Very disappointing, and it made me question whether I would return.

Lacoste is the only store that has 30 people waiting in line outside and it doesn't let them in !!!!!! The mall is not busy once again, the store is not busy, I see workers inside just walking around waiting for customers but nobody takes the lead to let us in.... I have never experienced or seen that anywhere !!! You lost so many customers that have left the line bc it was too long.... Check the picture , nobody is in the store!!!!! It's 3pm the Saturday after black Friday..... someone is not doing its job and everybody is complaining outside !!!! And lacoste is loosing money
