  The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. The moment you try to find anything(without even laying your hands on the merchandise), she's like "Give me your size, don't mess up". And she said it in the most impolite way possible, arrogant tone, with she nose in the air, not even looking in your direction. I was extremely confused, customers can not even put hands on the merchandise nowadays? Nobody was even near her and she was only chatting to her colleague and all of a sudden these words came out of no where and I was so astonished that I had to confirm she said this to me, a customer, not as a random joke(not funny though) to her colleague that she's been chatting to. When I tried to explain I didn't mess up anything, she's like "I don't care, just don't mess with me". It was so evident that she just hated her job, maybe hated her life as well and just took it out on random customers. Eventually she went like "I don't want to serve you, get out of the store". I mean really? Who did she think she is? Would NEVER go to this store again. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern with this specific employee. Save your time and money—go somewhere where customers are actually treated with basic respect.

  I would avoid coming here again cuz the staff was really rude and she stared at us and rolled her eyes all the time which made us feel very uncomfortable… There should be ways to report this to the outlets. This outlets have good reputation. People like this shouldn’t work here. The CK store and the Puma store were the only 2 places that I feel uncomfortable in the outlets.

  I bought a 3 pack of undies and one of them had a hole in it before I wore it. The stitching was poorly done. So I called the store and said the product had a defect and the person on the phone told me to come in for a replacement. The manager when I got in was rude. I showed her my receipt and the unworn undies with the hole. She said I had to return all 3 undies to get anew exchange. I said I didn’t want an exchange they had a hole. I also wore 1/3 because I didn’t inspect all of them first. We went back and forth and she said I couldn’t get a replacement even though they were a defective product. On Calvin Kleins website the company policy is you can get replacements for product defects but she didn’t care. Don’t go here. They sell poor quality products and won’t let you replace defective merch.
