have been a loyal Calvin Klein customer since 2018 and have frequently visited their stores. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Livermore Outlets location was deeply disappointing. I visited to exchange the sizes of three jackets I purchased online, but the store manager, Barbara, was uncooperative and dismissive. Instead of assisting with an exchange, she insisted on a return without even examining the items. Her rude and unprofessional behavior was shocking and not what I expect from Calvin Klein. Given this experience, I doubt I will return to this store again. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service moving forward.

We had an excellent experience here, especially with an associate named Miyah. While all other associates were talking amongst each other, she actually took the time to help us find what we were looking for. Super friendly & helpful.
