We raised this concern with the store manager, but the response was a very weak excuse rather than an apology. To make matters worse, the manager was later seen smirking, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading similar reviews here, it seems this is not an isolated incident. Customer service seriously needs improvement here. Not sure if the management is even reading these reviews.

- RRRishi RajaDec 4, 20251.0Saw staff laugh at a woman who asked for a shirt size after staff repeatedly ignoring her previous questions. When the woman got rightfully upset and asked them to treat her with respect I watched as one of the employees went to mall security and falsely accused this distraught woman of laying her hands on them after which she was escorted out by security. I left soon after out of utter disgust at how the situation was handled. Come here if you would like to be falsely accused of ASSAULT, an action which could change your life forever, all because a few employees got upset that a customer had a question.
