  My first and last time going to this place! Terrible customer service with rude and unfriendly staff! I strongly encourage everyone not to do business with these unprofessional people!

  Ordered & paid $500 for my daughter’s letterman’s jacket on 8/15/25 with an estimated period of 8 weeks to be ready. We made multiple calls to ask about updates and we kept getting the same excuse, “our seamstress just got back from vacation.” We finally got a call on 1/7/2026 that the jacket is finally ready. ALMOST 5 MONTHS LATER!!! No apologies for the order taking longer than promised and no offer for a discount for all the stress and time spent calling for updates. 5 months is a whole semester in high school life. Now she only has 1 1/2 years left to wear a $500 jacket. We are very happy with the end product. It’s a quality jacket and everything was placed as ordered. If you don’t mind waiting so long to get the jacket back, I recommend this place. My friend who ordered from here also had the same problem. She had to call multiple times to get the order done. Her daughter goes to the same high school. Hope this helps.
