We have the receipt with the barcode but item description was smeared. We also had a picture of the physical receipt and the purchase was linked to our card and JCPenney rewards account. They refused to return because of the smear on the receipt and said they would only return if we purchase something else from them because they want commission. Filing a complaint with the BBB, and corporate.
