I come in to use the protection plan for scratched lenses when I’m provided the full detail (that was not pitched to me when I bought the plan). You owe additional fees when trying to utilize the plan ~40 and they take the glasses you already paid for. Oakley not sunglasses hut sell “refurbished glasses” so that was unnerving for me. Use your 340 dollars directly with the manufacturer is what I recommend do not use this business
