I've ordered online in the past and knew that the pick up desk was quite a distance from the parking lot. I responded to the email linking me to curbside pickup. I parked in a designated parking space and waited, and waited. After waiting over 15 minutes I received notification that my order could not be processed and that I needed to come in to the store. What's the point in offering curbside pick up if I have to come in to the store myself? That defeats the purpose of the service, right? So I walk to the first service desk I see and ask for a manager, had to wait for one to show up and finally, after almost half an hour, received my purchase. Efficient? NO. Convenient? NO. Customer Friendly? Debatable. JCP...you're barely hanging on to customers through possible bankruptcy...you need to do better if you want to keep us shopping there.

Their young men's & men's clothing selection is often overlooked. Their store brands such as J.Ferrar, Stafford are quailty. They have classic looks to on-tread looks, as well. JCP also carry major apparel brands such as Levi's, Wrangler, Adidas, Nike, etc. Make sure you check out their clearance section. Great finds at 50-75% off. JCP often has various weekly sales. I'm not sure if they offer in-store coupons anymore, such as $10 off $50 purchase. This JCP at LKWD mall is very well organized. Their clothing are folded neated or hung up in their proper rack. All the cashiers and employees are friendly and helpful.
