  THANK YOU REBECCA. These guys saved my life for a last minute panic search a day before an interview. Having 13 W feet is a struggle but these guys even had me covered!

  0 stars. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. A tall employee with long hair was openly disrespectful to my father. When my dad asked for help, he refused to assist and acted like it was a problem to even acknowledge him. Then he crossed the line. He mocked my father’s size and told him this was the only store where he could find clothes that fit. My dad wears a 3XL. That comment was unnecessary and unacceptable. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. No customer should be treated this way. I will not return. I will also make sure friends and family know exactly how customers are treated here.

  Don't give them your business..they'll happily sell you faulty pants with loose buttons (and faulty seam at rhe bottom) that fall off but soon as you wear them a single time they won't let you exchange for a new pair even if it's within the 90 day return window..they'll look you right in the eyes and lie about not selling faulty pants and blame you for *gasp* wearing the pants. How am I supposed to know a pair of pants are faulty if i don't wear them? I had these pants all of a month..what kind of pants only last a month of average wear? Their return policy is a joke and I've lost trust with this company

  The elderly Native American guy with long hair didn’t get his name, but he was very rude and saying don’t mess with his shirts because he did not want to fold them already as they where close to closing and said he wanted to leave on time, and like I really needed a shirt or two but after that didn’t want to buy anything, and it was very awkward with him like he didn’t know how to carry a conversation because after he said that he changed the subject cause the knew what he did was very bad, and I’m writing this review so he knows how rude he was and the managers of the place need to educate him in customer service cause that’s what DXL should not be like at all, now I don’t even feel comfortable of going back if I’m not wanted and im a loyal customer with the rewards app as well
