  Hi, I wanted to follow up regarding my bracelet. I went into this store excited about the products. I bought some items including two light weight bracelets. I then had the lightweight gold bracelet resized at your store, and afterward I noticed that the piece became asymmetric. I reached out and was told that someone would get back to me after I sent photos, but it has now been several weeks and I have not received a response from the owners daughter or cousin. It has been a long while!!! For high end products, I pay for the product and the service. And sadly….recieved neither. Separately—and even more concerning—the bracelet broke about two weeks ago. This is especially disappointing given that I paid around $2,000 for the piece and was assured of its quality and durability, as long as it was handled with normal care. I have been very gentle with it, and it has only been about a month since purchase. I specifically chose this bracelet because I wanted something light, feminine, and well-crafted, and I trusted your recommendation regarding its quality. Given the price point and what I was told at the time of purchase, this experience has been very disappointing. At this point, I would appreciate a prompt response on both the resizing issue and the breakage, along with how you plan to resolve this. Thank you.

  I have been a customer of Fredric Rubel for about 20 years now. I have also been dealing directly with Sarah for years as well. The customer service is second to none. Sarah has a high level of expertise and knowledge she brings to the table as well. She is so sweet and accommodating. When I go in seeking advice on items for myself or my wife I feel like she has my best interest in mind no matter what my budget is, small or large. I never feel like someone is trying to sell me or upsell me. I always leave happy and know I get fair pricing. Quite frankly all the staff is also so friendly and knowledgeable as well. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff and they go out of their way to help and educate.

  This is a great store with amazing customer service. I’ve been to a lot of places before where you just get treated like a walk in retail customer whereas here I was treated like a relationship client and given lots of personal attention before and after the purchase. I have purchased both jewelry and a watch for my wife and I and will be back in the future. Highly recommended if you want to work with a family business that provides top notch customer service.

  I wanted to say the staff and service was more than great. I was having dinner with some colleagues near by and came in on a whim to look for a birthday present for my wife. I had a budget in mind. Francesca greeted me with her nice smile and asked me what I was looking for in particular, which I didn’t. I just wanted to see if anything jumped out. She showed me some beautiful pieces from earrings to bracelets to necklaces. After describing my wife’s taste and her skin tone, Francesca suggested a beautiful necklace. I decided to buy it and they offered to gift wrap for me which was very nice. My wife loved the necklace thanks to Francesca but the price really experience was so sweet. They made me feel like I was part of the family and they really took care of me. Thank you Francesca and the rest of the Rubel team. I think you got a customer for life. I’ll be coming back for all my jewelry shopping. Actually I referred a few friends to see them already for their significant other.
