  Do not purchase from them. They have a restrictive and poor return policy-On December 27, we visited the Hyde Park store and were denied a refund on a neckace that was purchased as a gift. My girlfriend subsequently called customer service and was promised a supervisor’s decision within 24 hours. The company failed to meet this deadline, responding only after 36 hours. Their "decision" was to offer a return for store credit only. I am rejecting this offer because it is not an actual exception; it is the same standard policy already available. I am seeking a full refund for the following reasons: Industry Standards: Most jewelry retailers offer extended holiday return windows for purchases made in October and November. Gorjana’s strict 30-day window is unreasonable for seasonal gift-giving. Product Integrity: The item is in its original shipping box, unworn, and in 100% resellable condition. Service Failure: The company missed its own promised 24-hour follow-up window, and the eventual response failed to address the request for a fair seasonal exception.
