- RNRey NustaMar 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. The strawberries that were delivered were clearly rotten and even had mold on them. This is supposed to be fresh fruit, so receiving something in that condition is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery driver placed the food directly on the floor, which is extremely unsanitary for a food product. For something that’s meant to be a gift and a premium product, the quality and handling were far below expectations. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but unfortunately, I received no response. This is because they are aware of their mistake, but they are indifferent to it. They have already received their money. I would not recommend ordering from here.
