    I have been shopping at this location for a few years now. I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and courteous. Audra usually helps me. She is great at following up about my questions. Last time Robert helped me and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks Audra and Robert!

    Really bad customer service. I work in retail sales and no one greeted me and they seemed almost annoyed that I was trying to try on jeans. The women employees are very rude at this store and I don’t understand why. This is the second time I have gone into the store and bought a pair of jeans last year from a nice gentleman and the ladies at this store do not know how to greet people or to even ask what your name is when they are showing you a fitting room. They need to be trained better how to be friendly and inviting. I don’t think I will be able to shop at this store anymore with this kind of level of service.

    Really want to mark 0 stars !! The rudest employees - no one greeted us - and when they saw us - never approached us - literally didn’t say one word . Not sure why they feel they are better than the customer - because without customers they wouldn’t have a job . I will Never go back to this location. Very disappointing - every employee should be let go. This is the La Jolla store -

    My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at this Ralph Lauren location, today. Unfortunately, he had to return an item from an online order, but we were able to turn it into a positive event. The sales associate, Andrea was very warm and welcoming. She assisted in giving some alternative options, and we were able to find the perfect fit. Thank you!

    Excellent service from Bret to another employee; friendly and efficient. The next day after the transaction, I asked him about the item, and he went above and beyond, "Confirming" what a great service looks like. The R.L. Way! Thank you.
