She lied and said the 25% off sale going on Dec 12th was only for VIP members even though I had the QR code pulled up on my card phone and the DSW website showed the shoes I wanted as being eligible for the 25% off. She deliberately lied. Between that and her terrible attitude, it was an awful experience. I would also like to point out that I encountered this same rude woman and her terrible attitude the last time I went to this store a few years ago. She didn’t even want to give me a bag.
