When my sister and I went with her, we were impressed at first, especially with the selection of books we were interested in purchasing. As I was browsing, I opened a small box that had no tape or wrapping—it wasn’t sealed, so I simply lifted the lid to check the item I was considering buying. The instructions slipped out and fell on the floor. As I was picking it up, suddenly the male owner approached me in a harsh tone, saying now that I had opened it, he couldn’t sell it. I was shocked by his stern comment and didn’t know what to say, but both my sister and my aunt witnessed it and were just as surprised. After that, I no longer felt comfortable and immediately left the store with my sister. I don't usually post reviews but when I've encountered such a undeserving rude comment from someone representing their business, I feel I need to caution others. If the owner doesn’t want customers opening items, he should consider providing a display sample so people can actually see what they’re buying. Instead, (from what I can recall) there were signs everywhere saying, try to avoid touching everything in the store, which makes no sense—how can anyone buy something without knowing what's inside? I was really looking forward to supporting a local business, but after such rude treatment, I will never return.

I just left because how uncomfortable I felt. I was trying to look for jellycat stuffed animals, but they all sucked. I expected they had more stuffed animals, but they didn't. How disappointing......
- LMLarry MarshallMar 31, 20245.0This is an elite store of toy selection. They even had the UK toys from wowtoys you can’t get shipped easily to your home. They’re top quality plastics that don’t break and don’t take batteries (that’s a good thing!). My son loves the trash truck!!!
