The arrangement was beautiful and impressive. Assuming CVF was consistent in making impressive arrangements (my bad), I recently ordered a floral funeral arrangement via the telephone. I shared my budget, what I was looking for, the representative suggested something with a “presence.” Exactly what I was looking for. Total disappointment. At the gravesite, the $200 arrangement sat sadly on the grass in a small wood box lost below the other beautiful arrangements. I was mortified when our grieving friend, holding the sparse and haphazard arrangement in his hands, graciously thanked me.
