  Live out of state and wanted to send flowers to family. Easy to order online and were delivered next day and looked as pretty as online. Recommend to anyone.

  $200 RIP OFF Our friends, customers of Crescenta Valley Florist, ordered a floral funeral arrangement for a beloved friend. The arrangement was beautiful and impressive. Assuming CVF was consistent in making impressive arrangements (my bad), I recently ordered a floral funeral arrangement via the telephone. I shared my budget, what I was looking for, the representative suggested something with a “presence.” Exactly what I was looking for. Total disappointment. At the gravesite, the $200 arrangement sat sadly on the grass in a small wood box lost below the other beautiful arrangements. I was mortified when our grieving friend, holding the sparse and haphazard arrangement in his hands, graciously thanked me.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a flower place. I sent my wife flowers to her work on Valentines day. This place is 2 minutes from where she works. I put the hours she works and thought no biggie, they are right down the street, it should not be a big deal. Well, my wife's office closed an hour early.... Maybe I'm naive, but I didn't think they would wait until the very end of the day to deliver them when she is just down the street. I called them and explained the situation, and already feeling a little upset. If I would have received an understanding response when I called, I would not be leaving this review. The worker there starts arguing with me about time, I'm just trying to find out when they will be there so my wife can leave the office and I am told what does it matter? If she gets them who cares? I'm sorry, but I thought it would be nice if she got flowers while her coworkers are there. It's valentines and anything you can do to make your wife or loved one feel special should be understood by OF ALL PLACES a florist. Anyways, she has not received them yet. Customer Service was horrible..... I will never use this place again. Hope everyone else's valentines plans have gone better so far.

  Called, panicked, on the afternoon of my in-laws' 50th anniversary; "No problem, whatever you want;" the beautiful and abundant bouquet was (inexpensively) delivered that evening. Two big thumbs up.
