Beilie and Haley were so helpful, patient, and always tailoring my needs as I was struggling to find the right fit for different occasions. My main objective was to get a dress for my cousins wedding. I showed the ladies the app of Windsor where I saved the dresses I wanted to try on and off we went. It was the best experience. I got married last year and I thought I was spoiling myself then when I was picking a dress, but this experience took the cake. Once again I went dress shopping myself. I have a big family, but we all live quite some distance away...Beilie and Haley made me feel like my sisters were there handing me dresses in different sizes and colors as well as shoes. I can't say enough! And you know what i did??? So emberassing...i thought I left my new rhinestone platform shoes behind...th4 ladies looked everywhere including their security cameras...and found my heels. It was a mixup on my part. I felt so bad...they worked on it for about 30-45 mins..my bad. Thank you again ladies 🩷🩷it's so sweet when women support women. Blessings and much love right back at yah!

I also was not informed by anyone that you are not allowed to return items that are marked down, not even their stated return policy on signs indicated this... so disappointing.
