She really listened to what we needed and helped us find the perfect options without any pressure. What stood out the most was her patience and genuine care. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. It’s rare to find customer service like that. Uzma truly represents excellent service, and I would definitely recommend asking for her if you visit the store.

I didn’t have much knowledge about Nuna products, but she explained everything clearly and made the process easy and stress-free. I ended up making a purchase and I’m very happy with it. She also helped me choose a few thoughtful gifts for my newborn daughter and my wife, which I truly appreciated. Uzma truly went above and beyond. I recommend everyone go to her if you’re looking for excellent customer service and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right products!

The couch I happened to sit on was filthy and had dark spots on it..I did not get a picture because after i realized how unsanitary it was I jolted and immediately left the store! As well as some brown sticky stuff on the floor that stuck to my shoe. Additionally, several items were out of stock even though listed online that they were in stock, which made it hard to find what I needed. When I asked some gentleman in shoes about the product he ignored me. Very unfortunate for me as i’ll have to find a new place to shop

The women's shoe department was terrible 1 guy saw me and walked into the back the guy on the floor didn't even bother making eye contact before telling me they didn't have what I was looking for.
