Aimlessly floating and completely clueless and unhelpful regarding everything. Not to mention the empty dressing rooms with all the doors locked and no one helping. I also got chastised for a return because it was “in the wrong dept” and that it would be “extra work” to get the return assessed by the right dept. Get real. Tell your SAs to talk less, smoke less, and actually do some work for once, maybe.
