  We wanted to get matching bracelets while we were in Gorjana and Gracie was so sweet and helpful! We had the best experience and the entire staff was also so friendly and welcoming.

  Bought a necklace here a couple years ago, had a good experience with the purchase and lots of compliments on the necklace, but the clasp broke last week. I took it in today because I thought I remembered something about them repairing their jewelry if it breaks, but they just totally replaced it for free! It was so easy and fast, and the woman who helped me was great. I ended up buying a new earring for my cartilage piercing while I was there and another woman who helped me was patient and helped me try a couple different ones to decide (she disinfected them with alcohol before I tried each). I love their jewelry style anyway, but this whole experience reinforced that I’ll be back!

  The manager, Michelle, was extremely accommodating during my experience with destroy. Her kind demeanor and exceptional customer service made me feel extremely welcomed. Representatives like her showcase the brand in the brightest light! She deserves praise for how well she uphold this brand. Thank you, Michelle for going above and beyond, I felt valued!

  I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had in your store today with an employee named Jen. I came in simply to exchange two tarnished bracelets, which I believed would be a straightforward process based on your store policy. From the start, Jen’s demeanor felt insincere and dismissive. Rather than helping me with the exchange, she launched into a lecture on how to properly care for the bracelets—information I didn’t ask for and frankly found unnecessary and condescending. I understand product care matters, but the tone and delivery were off-putting. After briefly stepping away to browse, I returned to the register and was told, with a gesture and minimal interaction, “there are the bracelets,” as she pointed at the counter. No eye contact, no thank you, no warmth—just a complete lack of the customer service I’ve come to expect from your store. I’ve been a loyal customer and have made several purchases in the past, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return.
