This past year I've been trying to upgrade my entire wardrobe from the ground up. In my case, I actually when "up ground". I had already gotten a lot of top and bottom pieces I really liked, but something I was missing was a good, more upscale kind of shoe to match them. On the hunt for a nice pair of shoes, I started to notice that a lot of people's outfits I liked, they wore Doc Martens. I don't really like shopping online, so I went to this location. Sean was the person who helped me out and he was super friendly. I really didn't do any research on Docs, so I was constantly asking him questions about the shoes. I liked the look of the 1461's, so he grabbed me a couple of sizes from the back. Between a size 10 and 11, I settled on the 10. It was a little tight, but he did explain how leather conforms better to your feet the more you wear them. While I was happy with the look of the 1461's, I noticed the Made in England equivalent and wanted to try those on as well. He grabbed another size 10 out of the back and even told me if I wanted them there was a brand new, untouched box he could give me. After he also told me how durable the shoes are and showing me the finely aged Docs he was wearing, I was sold. At the checkout, Esther helped me out, who was equally just as nice. What topped off this entire experience was that Sean was able to hook me up with some goodies as well. Definitely come to this location if you are trying to find yourself a nice pair of Docs and amazing customer service.

She took the time to explain a few things to me about ordering online and sizing, knowing that I live 1.5 hours away and was not going to shop in her store. She could have brushed me off it been curt, but she was just so helpful. Big props to Leilani, truly, thank you.

Particularly Irene, who was very knowledgeable about the products and their care. This made all the difference in our shopping experience.
