  My favorite place to stop by when I’m in Irvine, there’s always something new, I come here once or twice a week! I wish I could buy everything, huge selection of items, very organized, clean and everyone is really friendly, helpful and welcoming! 🙏🏻

  Do not buy a gun here. It takes forever. I’ve come in twice in the last month and am here now. They have 5+ employees working but are only helping one customer at a time. Ive been here for roughly 2 hours so far and they have only completed one purchase. Why does it take three employees to help one person??

  I came to the Basspro Irvine to purchase a handgun. Prior to being called to see any firearm, there was a person checking for paperworks. I made a mistake of not bringing a copy of proof of residency car registration since I am on a rental car when I passby and the person that told me that even an FFL 03 is not a acceptable proof of residency. Only car registration, utility bills and government issued paperworks with matching names and address. I am not sure if that is a store policy or if they have misinterpreted the context of the law of California. But definitely that event left me a bitter taste to go back at this location. I would just go back to the Rancho Cucamonga location for any business.

  At Gun service section. Very poor customer service. There was no one in line, yet the staff member did not assist me and instead went on break while I stood waiting for 12 minutes. Another employee eventually came, asked for my information, and then told me someone would come to help me in another 15 minutes. This was unacceptable and reflected very bad customer service and poor treatment

  Shop here if you want your time wasted. I spoke to Daniel at Bait and Tackle about purchasing a transducer for my garmin, he said he would go check then disappears for 25min and comes back and acts like he doesn’t recognize me. Another employee was there working with him and proceeded to ask me if I needed help and I mentioned Daniel was helping me & then daniel comes out and says “How can I help you” after already speaking to me. It was very slow when I went in so he couldn’t have just got busy with someone else (there was nobody else) , not cool for him to act like I didn’t already ask for his help. Bass Pro needs to check their employees for dementia.
