  I had a very disappointing experience at the DXL Big + Tall store in Irvine. I came in to return a suit that was completely intact and had my receipt, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was met with an attitude that felt unnecessarily suspicious and unwelcoming. The way the situation was handled made me feel like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong, which was both frustrating and disrespectful. I understand that stores have return policies, but there’s a way to enforce them while still treating customers with basic respect. That standard was not met here. I’ve shopped at DXL before and expected better. Based on this experience, I would seriously reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, especially during returns.

  The 2 young lady’s that have been there a few years already are always very helpful. Vee and Vianey are the most courteous and greatest people in that location, I drive over 60 miles away because the service is worth it.
