  I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this American Eagle location. The customer service is very poor, and it feels like the team is not well trained or properly managed. The associates often come across as uninterested and unwilling to help, which makes shopping here frustrating. Pretty much every time I visit, it takes a long time to get assistance, even when the store isn’t busy. The only time it stood out differently was when I came to pick up an online order. The store was empty, yet the staff stood around arguing about who was going to go to the back to get it, and it still took almost 10 minutes. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor teamwork, and slow service make this a negative experience. I hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service.

  I walked in to make a return. I was greeted immediately by Aaron who also took initiative by noticing I had stuff in my hands to return which really stood out to me on a customer service side of things.

  I'm usually greeted at the door and this time all the employees were hiding out in the register area completely avoiding customers and even as we got closer no one said hi or anything. It felt like we were interrupting them. It was awkward and frankly a little rude of them to not acknowledge us at all. There was also no one tending the fitting rooms so they were pretty messy.
