He didn’t just find a "quick fix"—he was a total perfectionist about finding the exact right screw to ensure they were back to original condition. He took a significant amount of his time to make sure the fit was perfect, and he did it all for free with a great attitude. It’s rare to find that level of patient, meticulous customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next pair!
