Second time check out the lady rang me up asked if I wanted donations. I said that I did in the morning. She was attitude and unhappy. I think from now on I won't shop at norstromrack any more. I don't feel comfortable to shop there since they asked donations, that why I always give. But today

The store is always organized, clean, and the prices on name-brand clothes and shoes are unbeatable. I’d much rather buy quality pieces here than waste money online on things that fall apart. The staff is what makes this store stand out. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and helpful, especially the team by the fitting rooms. There were two young gentlemen who helped me out with sale items and sizing — they were professional, respectful, and really knew the store well. One of them, I believe his name was Presley, Tino, Emilio went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s clear the team works hard, especially during the busy nights when the store gets packed. Their effort doesn’t go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the great service every time I come in.
