I called yesterday and they said to call back tomorrow because it might be here but I called today and they are still not there. The girl on the phone said I’d probably have to wait another week. If I knew it would take that long I would’ve just ordered to get it shipped to my house. I needed those pants TODAY the 12th. It is false advertisement and horrible customer service. Do not advertise 2 day pickup/shipping if you will not uphold on that promise. This will be the last time I order anything from JCPenney.
