When I arrived to pick it up, the store was closed and locked. No one answered the phone despite repeated calls. To make matters worse, customer service refused to help. They claimed that because the order had “already been started,” I wasn’t entitled to a refund, even though nothing was delivered. I had to fight and escalate just to get my money back, which is outrageous. This isn’t just poor service; it fraudulent. I was charged for something they never provided, and it ruined my mom’s birthday because I was left without a gift. Instead of celebrating, I was stuck disputing charges and filing a claim.
