- SSshepz3 days ago2.0the place it’s self has good deals, but we came in during the night for a return and the women working 1/11 sunday night were so rude. the lady at customer service was literally yelling across the desk to a coworker loudly and cut off us when we were talking to yell then rudely dismissed us. woman at jewelry counter lied about being able to return an item so when we came back a few minutes later apparently we couldn’t anymore. i understand retail can be frustrating but there’s not an excuse for being snooty.
