I saw something on the website, but wanted to change out Dendrobium orchids for Cymbidium orchids. And I wanted a particular color of Cymbidium orchids. The woman taking my order was incredibly patient and checked with the designers to see if it could be done and told me they’d be able to special order the color I wanted, but it would be a few days delay. I could not have been more delighted with the flowers. And the cost of the arrangement and the delivery fee was incredibly reasonable. In fact, I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t get something so lovely because it just seemed so reasonable. My family member sent a photo which I am posting now, but if I lived in Glendora, I would have gone there myself to take some pictures and see how beautiful it was

He took the time to call the shop and speak with the manager to find out exactly what happened, which I truly appreciated. The shop was able to locate my daughter’s original bouquet — the one with the snapdragons she specifically wanted — and they even added extra snapdragons to make it extra special. I returned the incorrect bouquet and picked up the right one without any hassle. The manager there (I wish I had gotten her name!) was incredibly sweet and apologetic. She genuinely cared about fixing the situation and even gifted my daughter a teddy bear along with the bouquet. Thank you for taking accountability and going above and beyond to make this right. You turned a disappointing moment into a really special Valentine’s memory for my daughter. That means a lot.
