I’ve always found all the employees at this sunglass hut, and the Arcadia one to be very helpful and polite. Like mattresses, there is a huge markup on sunglasses. I wish they’d have a sale once in a while at the store. My husband and I buy the Maui Jim brand and two pairs are literally like buying a ticket to the real Maui, Hawaii.

- PXPeter XApr 6, 20245.0I stopped by this Sunglass Hut today to refill my lens cleaner bottle. They do free refill here if you brought their len cleaners kit. This Sunglass Hut is on the second floor inside the Glendale mall. When I walked in a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I wanted to refill my len cleaning bottle and he told me it would take like 5 minutes. So I was looking at their Oakley sunglasses collection which they didn't have much. The guy who I gave my bottle to was busy helping another customer so the lady working the cashier refill my bottle for me. She filled it almost all the way up and also cleaned any over spill. I was very happy with the customer service here and will come back again if I'm in the area.
- IIinfo insJun 28, 20231.0worse customer service. i bought sunglasses before they close the store and the next day i tried to return it due to change of mind. the lady was very rude did not returning my sunglasses supposedly it has been used. i have not opened the box. the way i bought the glasses i tried to return it. she is a scam. i guess she is giving a hard time and not returning so she don't lose her commission. i will never shop from sunglass hut store anymore and i will do my best to make sure everyone i know do not shop from that trash horrible customer service store. hopefully when someone reads this review thinks 2xs before shopping from sunglass hut. there are so many better alternative stores. this was at hunglass hut macys
