  I had such a great experience thanks to Patty at lululemon in Glendale. Before meeting her, another employee was… quite uninterested and dismissive, which was disappointing. Patty completely turned the experience around. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us. She took the best care of us from start to finish and made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Patty is exactly the kind of person who makes people want to come back.

  I had an incredible experience at the Lululemon Americana at Brand, and a big part of that was thanks to Teddy. From the moment we walked in, Teddy set the tone with a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive energy. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through different options with a deep knowledge of the products—fit, material, functionality, and overall style. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. Instead, it felt like a curated, high-quality experience where the focus was truly on the customer. What really stood out was his attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before we even had to ask. He offered thoughtful recommendations that were actually aligned with our preferences, which is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and carries himself with a level of professionalism and care that elevates the entire store. The Americana location is already a great space, but team members like Teddy are what make it exceptional. He embodies the kind of service and leadership that’s hard to find these days—authentic, sharp, and passionate about delivering a great experience. Lululemon is very fortunate to have someone like Teddy representing their brand. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the service we received.

  Staff here are awesome! I really appreciate that a blond lady (forgot to ask her name) helped me with a pick-up order that was placed nearly 5 months ago. She painstakingly called the company to provide info for like more than 20 min. Finally I got my refund. Thank her very much for doing that. I almost gave up since it’s so long ago plus online educator provided zero help. Other staff here are also cute! I will definitely shop there in the future.
