    I love LB. I've been going to Lane Bryant for a very long time. Their clothes, especially their pants, are great quality and they have the perfect fit. I can't talk about them enough. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They do have sales and cash coupons. I'm sad because they've been closing many of their stores so I hope they don't close the only one closest to me which is the one in Glendale. Also the service was amazing. Thank you!

    This Lane Bryant is not in a mall - it’s in a small strip mall. I was not greeted when I walked in, and looked around for quite a while before an employee spoke to me; could have been a bad day for them. I was able to find an outfit for my event, yet their small store size made choices limited.

    Someone by the name of Martha halts me in the store and she was amazing she took my measurements helped me find what I was looking for and she was just overall pleasant I felt really grateful for the experience and the kindness that she showed me She also made me feel super comfortable so I'm glad that there's still kind people out there like her especially in such hard times. Best experience I've ever had.

    Amazing customer service!!! THE best! I went yesterday to pickup some things that I order online (because the COVID-19 I found myself order online which I don't like to do it since I like to try the clothes that I'm buying). I arrived this branch, Carmen helped me to received my package and even offer me to try it on just to check that I order the right things... Good that she offer that since I order totally something different than what I'm using usually. She immediately helped me to fix the problem and I ended leaving their store with a big smile and very satisfied!!! Maria, the store manager also got to the picture and helped a lot!! Thank You Carmen and Maria very much for being such a nice people, so lovely and so happy to help the customers. I will definitely go back and do all my shopping at this branch. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to you :-)
