- JJJJCAug 18, 20241.0SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to make a return and the sales rep we encountered today had the most HORRIBLE attitude and AWFUL service. The bag we were returning was brand new and never used, in all its original packaging with the receipt, box, ribbons, dust bag, and shopping bag. But she claimed she couldn’t accept the bag for return because the bag looked like it was used because the tissue paper wasn’t stuffed inside the bag. LOL. Left Glendale and went directly to Rodeo and made the return without any issues. After telling the Rodeo sales rep about this AWFUL experience at Glendale, they apologized on their behalf. Get your act together Glendale YSL.
