They occasionally have a clear the racks event like the one on December 20, 2025 until the end of the year, I believe. Last one was an extra 40% off red tag clearance and 25% off boots. This next sale, we don't know the % off. They do have plenty of fitting rooms.

Checked our camera and there were no deliveries to my address during the 5 hour time frame that On Trac says they delivered. OnTrac is the worst delivery service. I am sure someone is simply stealing the packages. The bad part of that is we, the customers of Nordstrom, pay higher prices and have to take hours out of our busy days to speak to customer care at Nordstrom and they can't control their shipper????!!!! I spent over an hour with two different customer care supervisors trying to solve the shipping issues with two of my orders and that was like talking to a wall. PEOPLE PLACING ORDERS WITH NORDSTROM SHOULD INSIST THAT THEY BE SHIPPED VIA FED EX at NO extra charge and not with ONTRAC (assuming your order meets the shipping requirement for free shipping). Let's see if FedEx does a better job at delivering. Oh, do not bother to call OnTrac - their phone does not work. I would give OnTrac less that one star, but there is no zero stars. Nordstrom used to be the hallmark for excellent customer service. Sadly, that’s not the case anymore. Only safe way to buy something from Nordstrom is to go in the store and hope they have it at the same price as online. It is always sad when good things come to an end….
