No hello, no hi, simply inspecting the item with this unspoken contempt and glaring at me (from her thick prescription glasses) from time to time. Then slammed the return receipt on the counter when done. I had more warmth and care at a DMV. If this is how they train their checkout people or gloss over friendliness and respect, then I don't have to shop here. I spoke to a person (manager for the night, very polite) who said he will pass along my complaint to her manager. I hope they do because dealing her ruined my shopping experience. I thought about buying something from there to replace the shoes I was returning but the thought of possibly getting that woman again at the checkout made me leave the store. A very creepy woman who shouldn't work with customers!
