If I could give them no starts I would, today I stopped by to exchange an item, I approached a young sales person - jewelry unit. after going all over looking for a register, she was just standing behind the counter , doing nothing- she had no name tag, she was dry and had a horrible attitude, I asked to speak to a manager , she walked away after she send me back to look for a register, I went around and approached a different counter , the lady was very nice, she advised that they have a counter for returns but would process the exchange. Great customer service. I returned to the first counter, the same rude salesperson was still behind the counter now she was talking to another salesperson, I asked where the manager was, she again walked away to call, a couple approached the lady asked where to pay, the lady immediately said she would help. When the “ supervisor” under license showed up I was explaining the situation, as I talk with my hands and she was close to me as I extended my arm I touched her , she exclaimed, “ please don’t touch me” then “ don’t push me”. I was flabbergasted, she became a victim. I know I had to walk away, asked her name ( Karla”) she stood there talking to the salesperson with an attitude. I went around to find the GM’s office. I approached another person , when I asked where the office for the GM was the response, the GM was not in?. I found the office and the 3rd person was waiting for me by the door. Their customer service people and supervision are in need of help. Don’t want to be bothered, don’t lease yourself.
